Orders ship in 2 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation when you order and a tracking link the moment it leaves. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays, and a big drop or a holiday week can add a day.

Yes. Standard Ground shipping is free on US orders of $99 or more. Under $99, Standard Ground is $9.95.

Yes. FedEx rates show at checkout. Orders to US territories ship with FedEx or USPS, with rates shown at checkout.

Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL Express. International rates are flat by country and show at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where we can. In some countries they're collected on delivery, so check with your local customs office if you want a number ahead of time.

Use our order tracking page or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email orders@monfrerefashion.com and we'll send it again.

You'll see the option at checkout. It covers lost, stolen or damaged packages and gets a replacement out fast with no back and forth. If you skip it and the carrier loses the box, email us anyway and we'll do what we can, but we can't promise a replacement.

You have 30 days from the day your order lands. Returns inside the US are free on every full-price style, and exchanges are free too, for a different size, wash or style. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags on.

Use our Exchanges and Returns portal. It takes about a minute: pick the item, pick the reason, print the label.

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and process the refund. Depending on your bank, it shows up 5 to 10 business days after that. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned in.

No. Archive Sale pieces are final sale.

International orders can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you, and we can't do international exchanges yet.

The Brando is our signature slim jean: slim through the hip and thigh with a clean line to the hem. Tailored, never tight. Every fabric uses the same cut, so once you know your size it works across the line.

No. Every MONFRÈRE denim is made with exceptional recovery, so it springs back to its original shape instead of bagging out through the day.

Stretch Denim is our lightest, everyday 8oz Japanese denim. Soft Brushed Denim is a heavier 11oz Japanese denim brushed on the back for softness. Parisian Luxe is a soft stretch twill that dresses up like a trouser. French Terry Denim is the softest of all. Compare the fabrics.

Machine wash cold and hang dry. Coated denim is spot clean only: do not machine wash or dry clean.

No. Butter Suede is a soft polyester twill with a suede texture, so you get the look and smooth hand of suede with a lighter, more flexible drape. It is dry clean only.
