You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping. Priority shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability, and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, please email orders@monfrerefashion.com for any modifications or cancelations prior to shipping. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, significant holidays, and markdown periods.

Please note, MONFRÈRE does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

MONFRÈRE is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If there are any issues please email orders@monfrerefashion.com and we will do our best to assist.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return, or exchange.

 

International orders

MONFRÈRE offers worldwide shipping. Please email us if you are unsure about your country. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). For some countries customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to the item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
