All collaborations are returnable for STORE CREDIT only.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.
We offer free Ground shipping for orders $99+. Priority shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.
Please note, MONFRÈRE does not ship on weekends and major holidays.
MONFRÈRE is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit for orders that decline our package protection. If there are any issues please email orders@monfrerefashion.com and we will do out best to assist.
All items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.
International orders
MONFRÈRE offers worldwide shipping. Please email us if you are unsure about your country. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
All international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (ddp). For some countries customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.
Returns and exchanges - North America
We offer free returns inside the USA for non sale styles. FINAL SALE styles are not eligible for returns.

MONFRÈRE allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return.
Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style. To process an exchange please use the Returns link on the footer of our Home Page.
Returns are processed within 14 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
If MONFRÈRE determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
International orders are not eligible for exchange.
