Free returns. 30 days. No drama.
You have 30 days from the day your order lands to decide. If the fit isn't right, send it back on us. Returns inside the US are free on every full price style. Exchanges are free too, for a different size, wash, or style.

What we ask
Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Try them on the way you'd try them on in a store. Wear them to dinner and we'll notice.
Archive Sale pieces are final. They're priced that way because they're not coming back.
When you get your money back
Once your return reaches us we inspect it and process the refund. Depending on your bank, the refund shows up 5 to 10 business days after that. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned in, so you're not waiting on us twice.
Shipping
Free Standard Ground shipping on US orders over $99. Under $99, Standard Ground is $9.95. Most orders clear $99 with a single pair of jeans. If you're only grabbing a Dann tee, add a second one and shipping's on us.
Orders ship in 2 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation when you order and a tracking link the moment it leaves. We don't ship on weekends or major holidays, and a big drop or a holiday week can add a day.
Need it faster? FedEx rates show at checkout. Orders to US territories ship with FedEx or USPS, with rates shown at checkout.
Package protection
You'll see the option at checkout. It covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and gets a replacement out fast with no back and forth. We recommend it. If you skip it and the carrier loses the box, email us anyway and we'll do what we can, but we can't promise a replacement.
Outside the US
We ship worldwide with DHL Express. International rates are flat by country and show at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where we can. In some countries they're collected on delivery, so check with your local customs office if you want a number ahead of time.
International orders can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is on you, and we can't do international exchanges yet.
